Part A: General Provisions
Operator & Service
Toronto Film Lab, operating under Ontario law, provides analog and digital photography services enabling users to view, share, store, and print digital images.
Data Backup Responsibility
You are solely responsible for creating back-ups of your digital content. Toronto Film Lab is not a backup or long-term storage provider.
Service Availability
The platform aims for 24/7 availability but disclaims liability for interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond the control of Toronto Film Lab.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
Toronto Film Lab owns all copyright in its service content. Users reporting copyright violations must contact support with detailed identification and certification of their claim.

Terms Amendments
Toronto Film Lab reserves the right to modify these terms and will notify registered members of material changes via email.
Jurisdiction
These terms operate under Ontario provincial law with disputes subject to Ontario courts.
Part B: Member & Customer Provisions
Registration & Account
Members must be 18 years of age or older and provide accurate, current information. Email addresses are the primary communication method.
Password Security
Members bear responsibility for all account activity under their password and must report unauthorized access immediately.
Contract Formation
No binding agreement exists until Toronto Film Lab confirms orders via email, SMS/MMS, or equivalent communication.
Pricing & Delivery
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude shipping and import duties. Delivery dates are estimates only.
Image Ownership
Toronto Film Lab claims no ownership of user images but requires a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and fulfill orders.
Prohibited Content & Conduct
Users cannot upload unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing material, or content violating child protection laws. Commercial use is prohibited. Users warrant they possess legal rights to all submitted images.
Content Monitoring
Toronto Film Lab does not monitor account content and users bear sole responsibility for their submissions.
Suspension & Termination
Toronto Film Lab may refuse membership, suspend service, or delete accounts without notice if terms are violated or regulatory authorities require it.
Liability Limitations
Toronto Film Lab's liability is capped at replacement of equivalent unexposed film and processing costs. Users assume all risk for uploads and downloads. Incidental and consequential damages are excluded.
Unclaimed Orders
Orders with unpaid balances or lacking customer communication for 60 or more days are considered abandoned and may be discarded.
Declared Value Option
Customers may declare higher values and pay premiums for increased liability coverage beyond standard replacement terms.
